James W Grapevine , TX April 15, 2016 Oven fan did not wokr properly e7 error coad Replaced fan and ECR (als known as controller, motherboard, computer, etc.) Problems: 1) There are a lot of connectors to the ECR. Remembering all of them is impossible. *TAKE PICTURES* with your phone. Then no problem. 2) There is one large ribbon wire on the ECR. The connector for the ribbon wire no longer worked properly, so I had to pull the ribbon wire from the ECR. There are two holes in the ribbon wire which attach to prongs in the moveable portion of the connector. Check out the connector in the new ECR and you can see the prongs. Detach the ribbon wire from the prongs makes pulling the ribbon wire from the connector much easier.
