Thomas W Waianae , HI April 04, 2015 Control panel reported a short on the touch pad of a one year old ge microwave that was out of warranty I "Goggled" the problem and Appliance Parts Pros.com came up with a picture of the exact part that I needed. The total cost plus postage was $192, when I could replace the entire Microwave for $250. That meant I would have to remove the old unit that was only one year old and install the new unit. It would have taken at least a full day to purchase, and re-install the new unit, if I was lucky. It was the "365 day Buy and Try" policy of Appliance Parts Pro that convinced me to buy their new Control Panel. It arrived as scheduled, and was installed within five minutes by removing three easily accessible screws! It worked immediately after power was restored, and continues to work according to the the User Manual. TIME IS MONEY! To me, five minutes to install new control panel that cost $192, was well worth it, over buying a new microwave for $250, and removing old one. The "Buy and Try" policy made it a "no brainier".
