Nick C Quakertown , PA February 09, 2015 Appliance: Model GE GLD5604V00BB Dishwasher keypad completely unresponsive couldn't get any of the lights to change and couldn't start the dishwasher I ordered a control tactile asm kit which gave me the new board for the controls. All I had to do was use a screwdriver to take out the old board and connect in the new board. I'd never done anything much like this before but it truly only took me a few minutes! Mohammad G Shakopee , MN April 09, 2016 Appliance: General Electric General Electric GLD5660V00SS Buttons were not working but kept beeping and lighting up dishwasher would not start at all Replaced the control tactile asm kit. included instructions were very clear and thorough - included color pictures and and easy to follow step by step instructions. you will need a T15 screwdriver or bit for this particular model. the part is a little pricey, but still saved over $400 from having to buy a new one.
