I received the replacement part a day or so later. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks! Read More... 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
Amelia S Indianapolis , IN August 16, 2018 It needed a new key pad and cover for the inside. I researched on how to change the key pad first. I removed the keypad by taking out all the screws on the inside to remove the mother board from the old key pad I then screwed the new key pad onto the plate. Reconnected the wires to the motherboard and put it back together. Works great. The dust cover in the inside was no big deal the other one was broken just snapped it into place. Read More...
