Mark H Glendale , AZ February 29, 2016 Ice jamming fill cup coming off Replaced the stripper and fill cup - turns out that the fill cup came with the locking tab broken off. The stripper had a missing paddle, and ice cubes would jam and shut down the ice maker periodically. Let the ice maker warm up after you remove it so the plastic is not so brittle. You have to pry the old stripper out. Make sure the new one locks all across the front. My refrigerator has the ice maker mount toe the side instead of from the hangers in back. I wasn't sure how to remove it, but it turns out not to be a problem. Just take the one screw towards the front side all the way out, and then the ice maker slides out from the two knobs holding it in the back side. David S Carriere , MS June 05, 2016 Water was going down back of freezer instead of going into ice maker When I bought the freezer it was putting too much water in ice maker. The cubes were too big and they were constantly pushing on the cup that was to divert water int the tray. It finally broke the tab that held it in place. I have looked off and on for four years for a new one but nobody could help. I finally was on your website and scrolling through parts and found it.
