How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3207190 / WH11X10033 Dial Assembly

I googled my washer model and "GE washer knob" and AppliancePartsPros was the only parts supplier that carried what I needed. So I watched the video located on the page where my part was, recognized that was exactly what I needed and ordered the washer knob assembly. The parts arrived, I watched the video again and installed the new knob assembly in less than 2 minutes. Now I am back to full time washing my clothes after a week down. So grateful!

We ordered the parts from here and they worked perfectly. 

Replaced both items in less than five minutes and one screwdriver (repair videos for every part they sell made it the simplest repair I have ever done) 

Used your video, cost was about the same as GE. At first the shipping seemed high but received it within 2 days. Ordering from GE directly was about them same cost but 7-10 day delivery. Was pleasantly surprised they were GE OEM parts and worked great. Loved the section of your website where I could verify that the part and appliance were a match. Highly recommend you folks!
