I received the same today around 6pm! Snapped them into place in 5 minutes….They fit beautifully! I am truly amazed at not only how easy and thorough your website is but how lightening fast delivery is! I do a lot of on-line ordering and you all are the first to be so efficient and fast. Ernest B Gilbert , AZ March 15, 2014 Wheel falling off I ordered 8 new studs, the new design really hold on to the basket nice. The parts came quickly and I had my 5 year old son fix mommy's dishwasher. I walked him through separating the old studs from the wheels, opening the bags and putting on the new studs. He then took the basket and put it back into the washer. Wife is happy, cheap fix and nice teaching opportunity. Kara O Cincinnati , OH February 15, 2015 Appliance: Model GE DISHWASHER, STAINLESS STEEL INTERIOR Dishwasher rollers had worn down and some were melted since they fell off into the heating element so the lower shelf door was constantly off its track We purchased both the roller studs and new rollers for all of the slots on the lower rack. They came two days later and I was able to easily click them into place and the lower rack now rolls smoothly and securely. I only wish I hadn't lived with it in the broken stage as long as I did - such an easy and affordable fix.
