Same problem year and a half later (don't buy GE as their motto should be built to break). I plugged in the model number into Appliancepartspros.com and paid $110 with shipping and did repair in under 15 minutes. Works like a gem will definitely use on next service issue (as it's a GE not a matter of if it will break but when it will break). I was unable to adjust the freezer temperature from 6 degrees which caused the refrigerator to shut off I purchased and installed a new display assembly and the electronic touch pad control module.
