Found that the left side door spring cable was not connected to the spring. The plastic end of the cable was broken off. However,after removing the screw that holds the pulley in place, if you take a small screwdriver and tap the center of the pulley bracket with a hammer it comes out from behind and will go back in with hand pressure after repair. After watching the video, it was a relatively easy repair. The most difficult issue I had was pulling my dishwasher out as there was no flooring under the dishwasher so I couldn't pull it straight out as the surfaces weren't level.
