Calling your customer service staff to identify exactly what should be purchased is a real value. I did not do that for this repair, (talked to them after the fact) and overbought and now am having to go through a return. Jack B Mission Viejo , CA July 03, 2015 Dryer was making an unusual noise like something rubbing or a bearing going bad Quick check revealed the idler pulley had worn the side completely down and the belt was rubbing on the shaft. Ordered the new idler pulley from Appliance Parts Pros. It arrived in a couple days. Replaced the part and in about 10 minutes had the dryer up and running again. Read More...
