Calling your customer service staff to identify exactly what should be purchased is a real value. I did not do that for this repair, (talked to them after the fact) and overbought and now am having to go through a return. Ordered the new idler pulley from Appliance Parts Pros. It arrived in a couple days. Replaced the part and in about 10 minutes had the dryer up and running again. Read More...
