Anthony W Bedford , PA November 14, 2015 The right side slide support for the bottom drawer broke my wife puts some heavy stuff in there and it gave out Bought the drawer support, unscrewed the screw with a socket wrench, installed the new drawer support, wala! Took 1 minute. Moral to the story, don't overload that bottom drawer. Metal cookie sheets or the broiler pan is okay, but not big ceramic baking trays, they're too heavy for the nylon drawer supports.
