IT WAS AMAZING THAT GE COULD NOT LOOK UP THE PART NEEDED WITHOUT THE MODEL NUMBER BUT YOU PEOPLE COULD. I HAD THE DRIP PAN PART NUMBER FOR THE 6" PAN BUT NOT THE 8" ONE. YOUR TEXT CROSS MATCHED THE NUMBER WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE PARTS CAME IN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS. It only took a few minutes and was a simple fix. Was alot cheaper than buying a new stove. The new drip pans was just cosmetic stuff to make the appearance better.
