Charles R Charlotte , NC January 24, 2015 Appliance: Model GE JSP34W0W3WW Oven broil element was broken in half after self cleaning cycle I needed to replace the oven broil element on my 15 year old GE range/oven unit. The broil element was broken in half during an oven self-cleaning cycle. Due to the age of the oven, I decided to replace both the broil and bake elements. I ordered the elements from Appliance Parts Pro. Their web site made it very easy to identify and locate the correct replacement parts. The parts arrived in 2 days. I watched the repair demo videos available for each element. Although the oven used in the demo was somewhat different from mine, the video provide a good walkthrough of the repair and a couple of good tips which helped greatly. I removed the old elements and installed the new elements without a hitch. Overall, I had a great experience and saved a significant amount of money. I will definitely purchase from Appliance Parts Pros in the future. Highly recommended. Holly B Gurdon , AR July 16, 2020 Appliance: Model GEW9200LW0 STOVE My element broiler burned up then later my thermostat got too hot and burned everything I got my model number and I went to Appliancepartspros.com and I chatted with someone about my problem. I was very quickly sent the parts I needed. I received the parts in 2 days. I do not fix or work on anything. My husband can fix anything, but he was working. My young son and I watched the videos with each part and together we fixed the stove. I have to say it was easy. If I can get a model number, order a part and put it on, anyone can. I tell everyone to use this site. I have bought from them for many years.
