Stuart B Sunnyvale , CA May 09, 2020 Burnt out broiler element Replacement parts came the next day! Easy job with helpful short video. Only very minor glitch was that replacement clips needed to be pried open just a little then the element needed to be popped into them gently with pliers covered with a piece of cloth so as not to possibly crack or scratch the new one.
