Corey J Stafford , VA March 14, 2016 Top of freezer and fridge were not as cold as they should have been bottom of fridge was freezing stuff Compressor and everything else seemed fine then I noticed it was very quiet. Once I found where the fan was inside the back of the freezer I noticed it wasn't spinning. The "ah ha" moment was when I unplugged it and plugged it back in, when did, the fan "jerked" for just a second. That means it was getting the signal, but was just too worn to get going (like an old starter motor).
