Our faceplate had a hole in it, so we replaced that at the same time instead of reusing the old one. Watched your video on YouTube and it was simple and easy. The hardest part was that I didn't find a tool that fit the screws to remove them, but I was able to use the needle nose pliers to get most of them off. Then we found our electic screwdriver set that had an attachment that fit and made the rest of the replacement go much more smoothly.
