How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4343896 / WB27T11013 Control Panel Overlay (Black), Single

Replaced oven control board. Our faceplate had a hole in it, so we replaced that at the same time instead of reusing the old one. Watched your video on YouTube and it was simple and easy. The hardest part was that I didn't find a tool that fit the screws to remove them, but I was able to use the needle nose pliers to get most of them off. Then we found our electic screwdriver set that had an attachment that fit and made the rest of the replacement go much more smoothly. It would have taken less than 15 minutes total if I had used that from the beginning.

ORDERED THE PARTS FROM APPLIANCE PARTS PRO AND INSTALLED IT MYSELF. 

With help from the Appliance Parts Pros video, I bought and replaced the entire control panel. I had never done anything like this before. So I had my doubts that I would be successful. I reviewed the video a couple of times, laid out the simple tools, and got to work. In less than 90 minutes, the installation was complete, and everything worked perfectly once I plugged in the stove. I have since baked 3 loaves of bread to celebrate being able to use the oven again! Thank you Appliance Parts Pros for turning me into a competent repair woman at last! 

Replaced with new part purchased from appliancepartspros.com. 

Checked power and elements which was ok. replaced controller. 

Replaced old control panel and cover. My model was not listed for the repair part but photos matched the original. The new control had an extra connection but all of the other connections matched the original.
