Barry G Sinking Spring , PA August 24, 2015 Appliance: Hot Point General Electric HDA3600R20WW Broken base spray arm tab that holds the bottom rotating spray arm in place In the How to fix it your self section of Questions and Answers, your answers for removing the Base Spray Arm is incorrect. It states "just stick a screw driver into the base spray arm from inside the tub and turn", that does not work. Their are 2 tabs that in gauge the base spray arm with the tub. A 4 prong round wrench is required to insert from the bottom into the pump connector and turn the nut that sits inside. Joseph T Mayer , AZ November 03, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Dishwasher GSD1300N00BB Getting black spots on dishes I replaced the Spray arm and the filter, checked under the appliance for a leaking seal and found it dry. took the cover off of the drain and cleaned it out. I also ran the dishwasher with about a cup of bleach in it to sanitize it. I also discovered the Coupler (small tube) was cracked and the Fine Filter hard to get really cleaned out.
