They where very helpful and the item was received in two days. I went on line to view there video that clearly shows how to replace this item. Larry B Goodyear , AZ December 09, 2018 Appliance: General Electric Electric Range JBP64BB4AD My wife attempted to wash the inner window too soon after running the oven cleaner the thermal shock shattered the glass I watched the videos so I felt confident that I could replace the window assembly. The part arrived soon thereafter. When I disassembled the door, I discovered that the door seal and the inner seal (a short piece of fiberglass rope) also needed to be replaced. I suggest that you plan on replacing both of them if your stove is over a few years old. I purchased both locally for expediency for higher prices. The repair went well. I also suggest that you be prepared for some extra cleaning (EZ Off or similar plus 409 type cleaners). While the door is disassembled, you will probably notice areas that need special cleaning.
