How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2032613 / WB55T10065 Frame Window Pack Assembly

I ordered a complete Frame Window Pack Assembly from Appliance Parts Pros after consulting with there service center to receive assistance in ordering the correct item. They where very helpful and the item was received in two days. I went on line to view there video that clearly shows how to replace this item. Instructions were very helpful and the job was completed in less than 45 minutes. Thanks for the help and service. 

I watched the videos so I felt confident that I could replace the window assembly. The part arrived soon thereafter. When I disassembled the door, I discovered that the door seal and the inner seal (a short piece of fiberglass rope) also needed to be replaced. I suggest that you plan on replacing both of them if your stove is over a few years old. I purchased both locally for expediency for higher prices. The repair went well. I also suggest that you be prepared for some extra cleaning (EZ Off or similar plus 409 type cleaners). While the door is disassembled, you will probably notice areas that need special cleaning. 

I watched a video provided by the girl at the service center. It took all of about 30 mins once I found all the tools I needed to get it done. 

Followed instructions in "how to" video online which was extremely helpful. 

I got instructions on YouTube. I followed these and it worked out well

Chatted with Wendee. I told her the problem, gave her the model number and she got me set up with the correct part. The window pack and new burner pans I ordered arrived quickly. We watched a Youtube video for instructions and within an hour my stove was fixed and looked good as new.
