Jud R Atlanta , GA October 20, 2014 Appliance: Model ZIS480D Fresh food compartment warm Verified the dampers actuated and evaporator fan wasn't blocked. Replaced both door gaskets per tech manual guidance. The Freezer one came yesterday...still waiting on the fresh food one. Freezer one went on fine -- just a little challenge aligning the bottom, but got it after only a small bit of frustration. It has already helped fix the situation it seems. But I will go ahead and replace the fresh food one when it gets here, as it's kinda nasty anyway. Be sure to soak the gasket in hot water to get rid of the wrinkles. I did it in a bathtub with scalding hot water. There are drain holes in it, so be sure to drain fully before carrying through your house. Also be sure to align the magnets right on the gasket...the side of the gasket that has the mark is the side that should go nearest to the handle.
