John D Howe , TX August 09, 2015 The ignitor was out and the oven would not light the gasket i ordered was broken and needed to be replaced I followed the Appliance Parts video instructions for the igniter. Good video and easy to follow. My oven came on just like a new one. The gasket was hard for me to identify on your website, so I got on the phone with one of your people and about 3 minutes later, the part that I needed was identified for me. I think they said it was listed as item 1000 and should have listed as item 100. Needless to say, it was the right part and very easy to install. Thanks for your superman help.
