Stewart H Bayside , NY October 02, 2014 Fire in the broiler of my oven that melted the gaskets around the broiler door I pulled the old parts and ordered new ones to replace them. BUT: I messed up and ordered one of the wrong parts. A.P.P. were amazing! They were really nice about it, though it was totally my fault, they said they could see from the diagrams how the mistake could be make and refunded me one part and helped me order the new one, which got to me THE NEXT DAY! Perfect! Now everything is fixed and happy! ONE LESSON: If you are ordering and not totally sure on the part you are getting CALL THEM!
