Stewart H Bayside , NY October 02, 2014 Fire in the broiler of my oven that melted the gaskets around the broiler door I pulled the old parts and ordered new ones to replace them. BUT: I messed up and ordered one of the wrong parts. A.P.P. were amazing! They were really nice about it, though it was totally my fault, they said they could see from the diagrams how the mistake could be make and refunded me one part and helped me order the new one, which got to me THE NEXT DAY! Perfect! Now everything is fixed and happy! ONE LESSON: If you are ordering and not totally sure on the part you are getting CALL THEM! They are super helpful and know every part, even from my bad description over the phone, and will make sure you have it right. REALLY HELPFUL! (New parts just pop into place.) Read More... John D Howe , TX August 09, 2015 The ignitor was out and the oven would not light the gasket i ordered was broken and needed to be replaced I followed the Appliance Parts video instructions for the igniter. Good video and easy to follow. My oven came on just like a new one. The gasket was hard for me to identify on your website, so I got on the phone with one of your people and about 3 minutes later, the part that I needed was identified for me. I think they said it was listed as item 1000 and should have listed as item 100. Needless to say, it was the right part and very easy to install. Thanks for your superman help. All went smooth and very easy. John Davis Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Nut Drivers, Screwdrivers
