Charlotte N Franklin , IN May 04, 2018 The right slide was broke on my GE refrigerator and the drawer was cracked. I unscrewed the old slide and screwed the new slide back in place and then just slid the drawer in the slide, Just a few minutes of easy labor. Did not have to have a repairman come who normally charges extra on what he pays for the parts. Also the parts are cheaper than buying them at the GE website even though they are GE parts and are identical to the ones I replaced. The service was very speedy. I got the parts in just a few days.
