Daniela O Park Ridge , IL November 17, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator PSHS6RGXCDSS It was missing the front handle of two freezer baskets Went to chat and chose the two handles that were specifically for my model GE Profile Refrigerator. The items came in two days and the fix was super easy. HOWEVER, for some reason the baskets in MY GE fridge must not be original because the handles were too short. I decided to keep them and work with them as without anything there the food would just slide out. APP were very helpful and even looked to other online sellers and the replacement part for my unit was correct. We came to the conclusion that the builder or prior owner switched out the baskets so it is impossible for me to know what model GE they came from. I had purchased a third part for something else that did not work for me. As a courtesy for the problem I had with the GE parts, they refunded my cost for the third item and did not require me to return it. That was completely unexpected and appreciated.
