Description
The Door Hinge (Right) is an OEM part for GE gas ranges. It acts as the pivot point allowing the right side of the range door to smoothly and securely open and close.
Causes include normal wear and tear from repeated use, accidental impacts deforming the hinge, or deterioration of spring components.
Symptoms of a bad right door hinge include:
- Resistance felt only when opening/closing the right side of the door
- Noise, rubbing or squeaking coming from the right hinge area
- Visual bending or damage evident on the hinge itself
- Improper alignment of just the right side causing sealing issues
