Ge WB14X104 Right Door Hinge OEM Part

I ordered both hinges (if the nylon roller was bad on the left, it was probably going to go bad on the right side as well). The web site was easy to navigate, order process simple. Hinges arrived quickly. Slide the oven door up and off. unscrew the three screws for the hinge. You need to then pull up with some force (there is a big spring in there), and twist the hinge to get the last bit out. I used a hemostat to hold the spring and keep it from falling back into the hole. removed the hinge from the spring, noting which hole it went through. installed new hinge on spring, released the hemostat and reinstalled hinge (just do it all in reverse). Repeat for other side, slide door back on. Now door opens smoothly and easily.

Pull off the door in an upward motion. Remove the spring noting the adjustment hole it comes out of. Remove the hinges three screws. Pull out old hinge and reinsert new one. Reverse the previous steps and your done. Easy fix. Took less than 5min.

Replaced both hinges. I ordered the parts one day, and the parts arrived the next day by fed ex. That's the quickest any company has delivered parts to me. Amazing.. Thank you !!

Replaced the hinges.

I ordered 2 hinges (left and right) because the old range wasn’t made anymore by the GE company. The left hinge was broken, so the right one has a problem sooner or later. My 13 y/o son replaced both hinges under the father’s supervision and finished them quick in 10 minutes. The delivery took 2 days and came the day before the Thanksgiving Day. The oven door works very good and smooth. I’m very happy because I and my 11y/o daughter can bake the cakes again. The little girl brought 2 trays of unbaked cupcakes to bake at the neighbor’s oven when the oven door completely was taken off the oven, and couldn’t put it back. She was happy and finished her cupcakes at the neighbor’s oven.
