Sherif A Katy , TX May 27, 2016 Appliance: Model GE PDWT180V00SS Rails which hold the upper shelf for the cups brook off You have to use a straight screw driver to open the plastic holder to separate the rail from the shelf. It was easy to replace, and took 10 min. AppliancePartsPros.com had them for half the price that GE advertised. When you buy them, however, remember that they sale each rail separately, and not in pairs. So, you will need to buy two, at $40/each. I think this is still too expensive.
