It was easy to replace, and took 10 min. AppliancePartsPros.com had them for half the price that GE advertised. When you buy them, however, remember that they sale each rail separately, and not in pairs. So, you will need to buy two, at $40/each. I think this is still too expensive. Part came with extra parts I guess for other dishwashers that need to be removed to install on my Ge dishwasher.
