Karen S Fairfax , VA September 29, 2014 Appliance: Model GE MONOGRAM Keypad on dishwasher would not work Ordered new GE part through AppliancePartsPros.com. Looked on Youtube for some assistance in how to replace part. This entailed removed outer door cover and removing old touch pad strip. We were surprised how easy this was to do! Time involved less than 20 minutes! Works perfect now. This is an A+ company to order parts from, and their website is so easy to navigate. I ordered the part and it was at my doorstep in two days, packaged extremely secure to protect the genuine GE part. I wouldn't consider any other website to order parts.
