Richard M Jensen Beach , FL April 16, 2017 Appliance: Model ELECTRIC STOVE WITH OVEN Plastic frame that holds circuit in place broke off circuit board shorted out when it touched metal frame of the stove Took top cover of stove off, identified shorted circuit board and ordered a new one. New part delivered in two days. Took 15 minutes to change out and place back in service. Very, very easy repair that saved a lot of money.
