Your company name came up and after checking about the high cost of the knob, I decided to bite the bullet and fix this inconvenience once and for all. After I ordered the circuit board and knob all I did was to monitor the arrival of same. In the meantime, I copied the video, which your company provided. This was a blessing in disguise in replacing the bad parts. I would refer anyone, who is handy with a few tools to fix it himself, for parts from your company.
