Ludwig S Louisville , KY January 30, 2018 Appliance: Model ON THE FRIDGERATOR The water/ice selector switch got broken off a couple of year ago getting tired of opening the freezer door to get ice cubes became a nuisance so i dcided to fix this problem Obtaining the part number was easy to look up on the internet. Your company name came up and after checking about the high cost of the knob, I decided to bite the bullet and fix this inconvenience once and for all. After I ordered the circuit board and knob all I did was to monitor the arrival of same. In the meantime, I copied the video, which your company provided. This was a blessing in disguise in replacing the bad parts. I would refer anyone, who is handy with a few tools to fix it himself, for parts from your company.
