James M Watertown , CT January 09, 2016 My door handle broke for the second time!!! The top screw is easy to get at after the door yoke is removed. The lower is behind the plate that holds the glass and door together. I removed the door very simple just lift up in the full open position .lay the door on a towel and drill a 1/4 inch hole over the head of the screw and you now can remove the screw with out disassembling the door. Something the factory should have done! Also if your door is sagging it will put stress on the handle. use a adjustable wrench and twist the hinges to get the door lined up .Mine was the lower bent the hinge down and it lined back up and opens very easy. Teri S Corona , CA January 25, 2015 Appliance: Model ADVANTIUM 120 OVEN MODEL NUMBER SAC1000HCC02 The lower door latch broke off of my advantium 120 microwave the upper latch was intact however; the microwave would not operate without both latches I found the replacement at AppliancePartsPros.com. I placed an expedited order for the part; #AP2020315 Latch/spring assembly. After it arrived, I placed a call for a serviceman and set up an appointment for the next day. He was able to complete the repair immediately because he didn't have to order this part and then return to complete the repair. I saved money by having the part on hand and the repair was made on the initial visit from the repairman. He even asked me where I bought the part and I was happy to tell him it was from your company.
