Marcia B San Francisco , CA January 28, 2016 Agitator piece had come loose and was damaged Purchase new agitator and pop it into place. This was truly one of the easiest repairs I've ever made. My fault, but the only problem I had was that I didn't realize that the agitator and the agitator cap were two separate parts. I ordered the agitator first, paid for shipping, then when it arrived, I realized I needed to also order the agitator cap. I could have probably saved some $ on shipping if I'd ordered them both at the same time. Even with the additional shipping, this is still far less than I'd have paid if I'd called out a repair company and had them order the parts for me. Very happy! I broke the lint filter washer and the agitator cap. I popped the cap onto the lint filter and then put the new one in the washer. It maybe took three minutes to do including opening the box.
