Gary S Reno , NV June 15, 2015 Appliance: Model PDW8480JO3SS Old skinny rollers and broken studs kept falling off tracks rollers kept folding under couldn't roll drawer in and out Ordered the new larger (white) rollers and newly designed roller studs. Removed the old parts and installed the new ones. New designs are perfect and solved the problem. Install took less than five minutes. Received the new parts within one day of ordering.
