Description

This small replacement magnet works with the washer's lid/door lock sensor to ensure the lid or door is closed. Restores proper safety interlock operation so cycles can start and spinning is allowed. What it does:

• Triggers the lock/switch sensor so the control knows the lid/door is closed
• Helps prevent operation with an open lid/door
• Common symptoms of a failed/missing magnet: won't start or spin; "lid/door open" indications; intermittent pausing
• Replacing a weak, cracked, or missing magnet restores reliable closure sensing

Install notes:

• Disconnect power before servicing
• Access the magnet location in the lid/door area; note the original orientation
• Seat the new magnet fully in its holder; reuse any existing clip or fastener
