Description

The Middle Spray Arm Assembly is an OEM component for GE dishwashers. It is responsible for dispersing water across dishes located in the mid-section of the dishwasher rack. 

The spray arm plays an essential role in cleaning by spraying water directly onto dishes to wash away soap scum and food particles. It works with the lower spray arm and rinse arms to achieve maximum coverage and cleaning power throughout the wash cycle.

Causes of a bad middle spray arm can include buildup of minerals or debris that clogs the spray holes or damage to the arm itself such as bending or breakage. 

Symptoms of a bad middle spray arm assembly include: 

• Spotty or incomplete cleaning of dishes in the mid-rack section
• Clogging or slowed water dispersal from the spray arm 
• Leaks or drips from the spray arm connection point
