Second, I determined the motor was worn out and could not spin the drum so I order a new motor from Appliance Parts. They had the part in stock and it was shipped out promptly. Third, opened the front of the washing machine to access the motor, removed 4 huts from the under carriage, unplugged the electrical connection to the motor, removed and replaced the motor.
