Worked with Joe M. in your Service Dept.He sent me directions on how to pull error codes from the machine and from that he thought I had a motor control issue.He first had me check the resistance on the motor windings and the Tach Sensor.The Tach Sensor failed the test, it showed open.So I ordered a new motor from Appliance Parts Pros.I ordered two day delivery on a Tuesday eve and had the part on Thursday as promised.I promptly put it in and my problem was resolved,the machine is now spinning and back to doing laundry.I'd like to thank Joe M. for a job well done,great service.
