John B Tucson , AZ March 12, 2014 Control panel faceplate was melted and discolored. Removed two silver colored access panels from the rear of the stove to access the control panel. So I have a little advantage over those who have no experience, with that said most gas ovens have some type of igniter and mine has a ceramic glow coil so when I didn't see it glowing I removed the lower sheet pan drawer and checked voltage supplying the ignitor and it was getting the correct voltage so I replaced it and checked operation.
