When the pan arrived it was broken in the mail system and I also noticed I ordered the wrong one. When I called customer service they were most excellent and sent me the right part. I ordered the parts I needed from Appliance Parts Pros which I found very easily. The installation was as easy as turning a few screws to attach the rails, putting the glass in place, and sliding the drawer back in place.
