We ordered two new rails and a pan. When the pan arrived it was broken in the mail system and I also noticed I ordered the wrong one. When I called customer service they were most excellent and sent me the right part. Best customer service ever. Smart easy to talk to and that's saying a lot now a days! Thanks so much.
