One thing to mention is that the slide rails come with the slide bearings so you do not need to buy those separate. Remove two screws from each broken rail, clean walls behind rails and then replace by reinstalling the screws in the new rails. My oniy regret was not ordering all 4 rails because I discovered the fourth rail is also damaged.
