Although the web ordering process was clear, I needed some "personal contact" via customer service. It took very little time to assure me the the parts were the correct ones and the video was easy to follow. When the parts arrived in 2 business days, it took only 30 mins. to complete the replacement of the slides. The video was a great way to assure there was no wasted time or effort.

The new slides fit perfectly. One thing to mention is that the slide rails come with the slide bearings so you do not need to buy those separate. When I called I was told I needed the bearings so I bought 3 assuming I would be able to salvage the others. Turns out I did not need them.

Changed out the valve and cleaned the lines out

I removed the drawers and old rails, and screwed in the new ones. It was very straightforward.

I replaced the spray arm seal and center manifold. The old seal looked slightly worn and the old manifold mating/spinning surface was thinned out.
