Bonnie L Odessa , FL September 24, 2018 Wven handle end cap cracked Had to remove door (older model) GE oven. That was the easy part. Had to remove the interior side of the oven door - no problem. When the exterior door was separated two metal pieces were laying inside the front door. I didn't know the door bolts went thru these height adjusters. That's when I needed my neighbors help (I'm a 68 year old lady). Would have been much easier if a video were on the web site for this repair. I've used your web site before and found the videos very helpful. Thanks again for quick delivery and having the parts I needed for my 20 year old appliances. Read More... Steven C Colorado Springs , CO January 27, 2015 Handlecap was broken I bought two handlecaps and a few screws. I ended up not needing the screws because they were fine on the unit. However, everything went well. I just removed two screws on the inside of the door, which open up the door front. Then replaced both handles and reassembled it. It was wise to purchase both handlecaps because when I took off the second one I found it was mostly broken too. Read More...
