Chris K Felton , DE April 29, 2025 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator PSS26MSWASS Ice dispenser wouldn't dispense ice The auger gearbox shaft had a spot that was stripped of threads which prevented the auger drive from spinning the ice down the chute. I replaced the auger motor/gearbox assembly, the auger drive as it had to be cut off the shaft, and the 3 mount bolts that hold it all in place.
