Website needs to specify type of delivery, UPS, FEDEX, Postoffice. FedEx kept my package 5 days. Once I got the parts it was easy to repair. I received confirmation of the order in my email in a few minutes and received the item at my front door in a couple of days. Such service is unheard of these days. Removal of the old part and installation of the new shelf bar was easy. Identifying the part number on your chart made the selection of the part to order a snap.
