How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3855305 / WR17X11889 Door Shelf Bar

Took 5 days to get my parts. Website needs to specify type of delivery, UPS, FEDEX, Postoffice. FedEx kept my package 5 days. Once I got the parts it was easy to repair. Daughter said 'wow mom I did not know the freezer came apart. And it was a breeze to fix.' Enjoying the quiet in the kitchen. 

I was hesitant to order such a small item, but what a surprise. I received confirmation of the order in my email in a few minutes and received the item at my front door in a couple of days. Such service is unheard of these days. Removal of the old part and installation of the new shelf bar was easy. Identifying the part number on your chart made the selection of the part to order a snap. It was so easy I was sure something would not work or fit when it arrived especially due to the age of the refrigerator. I was delightfully surprised. Thanks for your help.

I receiving the correct shelf replacement there was no problem removing old part and replacing it with new shelf.
