Would have been better if there was picture or video available of the spring location. But I used the videos available from appliancepartpros to remove the cover and get to the dispenser. After some thought I figured out where to put the spring. Took me about 10 minutes and great service from appliancepartpros. I ordered a dispenser paddle and spring. I also changed the spring on the flap door for the ice and changed the door switch for the freezer door which also controls the ice and water dispenser. Nick G Acworth , GA September 28, 2020 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator PSCS3TGXCFSS Frost would form on the freezer ice cube passage and door the flapper would not completely close Replacement of the flapper solenoid (original was not functioning due to rust) and a new flapper enabled restoration of the seal and prevented air in leakage and the frost previously experienced.
